Over 55s, Be Active, Be Fit

One is never too old ot too young to start looking after one's health and fitness.  If we pay attention to our diet, maintain our fitness, we will protect our memories and other capacities.  Exercise should always be fun, so join me for experience that will make you healthier, benefit you both in the short and long term.  The only one who puts a limit to what one can achieve is one's self.
