Circuit Training

"Look better, feel better with more Energy".  An enjoyable way to burn off fat, improve your fitness, tone the body.  Circuit Training works the entire body over different sets of exercises.  Open to all ages, all levels of fitness from none to serious.  Groups/Teams welcome. Class begins Wednesday 18th January.
